The Biblical and Theological
Foundations of Leadership
April 4 – May 4
You will learn that Christian leaders:
- Respond to God’s call and defer to God’s power
- Submit to God’s vision, His will, and His purpose
- Measure success by God’s standards and find significance in serving
- Reflect God’s character and exhibit God’s fruit
- Do God’s work, encourage God’s people, and seek God’s assessment
The Biblical and Theological Foundations of Leadership, created by Dr. Andrea Mullins, gives participants opportunities to discover the meaning of leading with a biblical perspective based on Christian values. Real Women Leading with Proverbs 31 Values (New Hope Publishers), by Lisa Troyer and Dawn Yoder, is provided as a PDF file within the course and used as the course textbook.
This course is part of our Leadership Certificate Program, an affordable online program for Christian women who want to develop their leadership skills. It is one of nine courses being offered in CWLC’s Certificate Program.
The curriculum in the certificate program focuses on three areas of study in three semesters of course work. Participants will take three four-week classes each semester, one from each area.
