While many love to lead, much of our time is spent following. Unfortunately, following is not as popular a topic as leadership, but knowing how to follow appropriately is a quality we all need to master. Some of the best leaders are those who know when and how to follow well. Developing the ability to work within the frame of teams is essential for leaders and followers. During this four-week course, we will have the opportunity to develop these skills.
